It's Red from Pokémon Special/Adventures Manga.
I've a FanFic of a Chapter after HGSS wich is called "Indigo", and well thats the desing of Red in that chapter.

_{Red came to Yume to meet up with Miya, who asked himfor help. 1 Year befor the HeartGold SoulSilver Arc toke part, the Jasper&Lapis Arc happend. The 2 new Dexholder Lapis, and Jasper fought against Team Twilight. But 2 Years after that Miya is afraid of Team Twilight rising again.... Thats why she asked Red for help.
She and Red meet up in Isshu, where Miya's old Master, Drayden, gave them new clothes and wished them luck for their jorney. In Yume arrived Red stepped into a whole new world. The Pokemon League was founded in Yume 2 years ago. The people all were very excited about it, but also the nature amazed him. So less cities and so much forest, sea, mountains... Even though they had a serious goal they had some careless happy moments on ther jorney. Also Red enjoyed to meet the gym leaders and elite four, cause they were all almost the same age as him. Once he and Miya obtained from an weird man some fortune cookies. He said that these cookies would see in their hearts and tell them how to find true love. Both of their notes showed the same text: "Your way to true love is courage." However they didn't toke much heed of it...
Near the end Red went into an otherwolrds-ruin-temple, along side Jasper and Lapis, were they saved Miya and then _{*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*}.}
